URJ GUCI offers a variety of summer options for children ages three and up. Our sessions run from two weeks to the full summer and provide the best of everything camp has to offer to everyone.
We are pleased to offer first-time campers entering 3rd through 6th grade the option of signing up for the first 2-weeks of either session (Kallah Aleph or Kallah Bet). Campers in the "Taste" are fully integrated into the Garin (3rd and 4th grade) or Shoresh (5th and 6th grade) programs and they are able to extend their stay for the entire four weeks at any time prior to or during session (space permitting).
An intensive, co-ed, nine week program of work, study, and social experience for entering 12th graders. Acceptance into the Avodah program is limited and selective. Our 2016 Avodah Application is now live!
Camp K’ton is our day camp for local children ages 4-8. Camp K’ton is the first opportunity for your child to experience the “magic” of Goldman Union Camp. Camp K’ton combines all of the creative and innovative programming of GUCI’s overnight camp in a day camp setting. Campers experience imaginative Jewish content programs which explore relevant themes, sports, games, swimming, music, drama, dance, and art, all integrated into each day’s activities. All Camp K’ton activities are done in small groups to ensure that each child gets individualized attention. New this year- Camp K'ton will run for 8 consecutive weeks throughout the summer, and you are able to register for individual weeks. Also new this year- We will be offering before care from 7:30-8:45 AM, which will include a hot breakfast and morning activities. We will also have after care from 3:30PM-5:30 PM, which will include a snack and afternoon activities.
